The Opportunity
As a Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and automation of our global WMT reporting and BI solutions. You will help set the vision for elevating our current platform and integrating new data streams into existing processes. This role will focus on the automation of existing processes and helping build out our future capabilities. You will drive the data architecture and own the day-to-day reporting needs of our global team.
The selected candidate will be self-motivated, innovative, and passionate about automation and data. She/he will work across multiple geographies with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment. You will play a significant role in helping build out our future capabilities and be expected to provide innovative technical solutions to the business stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead the architecture, automation, and QA of our data analytics platform
* Lead the execution and documentation of daily/weekly/monthly ETL processes and routines
* Lead Sales Analytics team in building out reporting architecture across various data inputs including: Retail Link, Nielsen, Numerator, SAP, and internal proprietary data sources
* Lead the sales analytics team in moving up the analytical pyramid from descriptive to predictive capabilities aligning with business questions
* Partner with technical leaders to build redundancy and transparency into work routines
* Partner with third-party data providers to enhance current capabilities and report performance
* Partner with Cokes Platform Services organization to stand up new data models, data science techniques and ML applications within our Walmart data structure
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including bottling stakeholders, to identify KPIs, data sets, and insights that will drive action at the DC and Store level
Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience
* Strong command and understanding of Walmart data and applications (MADRID, Data Caf, OMS, GRS)
* Strong command and understanding of syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Numerator)
* Strong command and understanding of supply chain data sources (OMS, OTM, SAP)
* Solid understanding of cross-functional responsibilities and how each role interacts and supports the others
* BS or higher degree in Computer Science
* Proven expertise in data modelling and data quality management
* Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases
* Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy, or PBI
* Excellent knowledge in ETL automation and tools including Alteryx, KNIME, or Databricks
* Solid understanding of ML capabilities and applications of ML in the CPG space
* Great communication skills with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders
* Excellent ability to delivery projects on time and within scope
* Excellent analytical and research skills
* Excellent ability to manage multiple projects with multiple data sources simultaneously
