Job Description

The Marketing Content Transformation Lead will support Citis digital marketing automation and personalization efforts leveraging Adobe Experience Manager to engage with new and existing customers/clients. By implementation AEM, the specialist will support the execution of marketing plans through ideation, execution and reporting/analysis as needed. The specialist will support the implementation of dynamic marketing content across multiple platforms, including meticulous focus on controls and required approvals to ensure flawless execution. This role will partner closely with colleagues within the Marketing/IT/Digital organization.

Job Responsibilities

* Work in a multidisciplinary environment (technology, creative, user experience, media, analytics) to create, launch, and coordinate acquisition and engagement initiatives.
* Operate in Adobe Experience Manager daily to create content fragments, apply meta-data and support authors in building marketing assets via online channels, email and offline channels.
* Provide reporting, analysis and recommendations throughout and at the conclusion of campaigns, based on milestones, success metrics and reporting requirements.
* Lay out campaign workflows, including validation rules, triggers, alerts, and automated responses.
* Work with data team to identify related system or field needs to drive dynamic content
* Tag and code content and links for tracking against a cross-channel environment.
* Assist in the day-to-day administration of related tools as needed.
* Support in the planning, reviewing and customizing of the CRM application as needed to meet needs of the users.
* Own day-to-day project management and provide thought leadership and impactful recommendations on strategies to deploy Adobe Experience Manager
* Lead discussions with business stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, stand up pilots and launch
* Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, help design solutions, and quantify potential impact
* Develop deep trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high rating on customer satisfaction inquiries.

Qualifications:

* 7+ years of digital marketing experience
* Experience with marketing automation or related marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Salesforce Marekting Cloud, Opentext, etc.
* Experience with leveraging decision engines/offer engines to drive personalized messaging
* Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
* Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager; use of Sites, Assets, Experience Fragments; experience tranforming to AEM from offline processes a big plus
* Experience with implementing or supporting dynamic content governance structures
* Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture and knowledge of the wider Adobe ecosystem. Experience with applying meta data to assets and refreshing as needed.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products
* Intermediate understanding of Data Management Platforms
* 5+ years experience in successfully managing complex business transformation projects
* Exemplary written and oral communication skills which can be leveraged to persuade and effectively lead impacted parties through change
* Experience in genuine program management during which s/he applied a structured approach (methodology) to the successful management, tracking, planning, monitoring and reporting of projects
* Ability to demonstrate empathy and a will to win while driving success
* Ability to maintain composure and presence in challenging situations
