In a Pharmacy Technician role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the home delivery prescriptions for our members arrive safely and on-time. Working Schedule: Qualified candidates must be available to work within the hours of 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Sunday - Thursday with mandatory overtime as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Use multiple computer systems to obtain pharmacy orders, compare to order received and produce mailing labels
* Utilize the best method for product packing and shipping based on standard procedures to include type of packaging, unique conditions (i.e. refrigeration), etc. to ensure safe and secure delivery
* Prepare prescription orders by verifying information, pulling appropriate prescription drugs from inventory and complete necessary scanning and packaging as necessary
* Maintain various machines and equipment (e.g. IPD machines, auto packing machines, order picker, forklift, etc.)

This role is challenging. You'll need to have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential as these prescriptions are critical to our members' health and well-being.

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED or higher
* Pharmacy Technician licensing and registration as required (or ability to obtain licensure within 30 days of employment)
* Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system application
* Ability to work within the hours of 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Sunday - Thursday with mandatory overtime as needed to include Fridays.
* Must be able to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.
