Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Manager to join and expand our Software Engineering team as the Command and Control (C2) IPT Lead for the Mission Management/Command and Control (M2C2) program.
The C2 IPT Lead will be responsible for the IPTs cost, schedule, and technical performance baseline. The C2 IPT Lead is responsible for ensuring the IPT products come together technically for each delivery. The C2 IPT Lead works directly with program leadership, the Systems and Software Team, other integrated product team leads and external interfaces. The C2 IPT Lead is responsible for the IPTs baseline, requirements, architecture and design, and integration and test activities. As part of this, the C2 IPT Lead is responsible for the definition, documentation and execution of IPT level systems engineering, agile and DevOps processes.
The selected candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Required Skills:
* 10+ years demonstrated experience leading engineering teams with proven track record
* Experience driving cost, schedule, and technical performance
* Experience providing technical systems engineering vision and consistency across an integrated product team
* Experience with Agile and DevOps
* Experience with command and control principles
* Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program, customers and technical leads (IPTs, chief engineers, architects)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
* Experience with onboarding new work, proposals and BOE development
* Experience in systems engineering functions including: TPMs, operations concept development, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control
* Knowledge of Operations
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools
* Existing TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills:
* Experience with satellite data processing and operations domain preferred
* Experience leading major milestone reviews
* Experience leading across geographical sites, subcontractors and associate contractor companies
* Advanced STEM degree preferred
Education Requirements:
B.S./B.A. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a science.

In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $115,000 to $224,300; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, education/training, and key skills.
