This role is part of the Non-Qualified practice within our Retirement business.

The Role

In this role, you will manage the day-today operations of a highly technical Service Delivery team related to corporate-owned life and split dollar insurance plans and asset/liability transactions. Additional responsibilities include:

Execution/Operational Discipline

* Fielding questions, requests and functions and accountable for service deliverables for plan sponsors and other internal and external clients (i.e. ensuring SLAs and quality metrics are met)
* Act as interface (when needed) to diffuse or eliminate escalations
* Monitor daily workflow, analyze data trends, identify opportunities for improvement
* Proactively manage service issue and error & loss reporting (trending, root cause and solutions)

Strategy & Planning

* Assist with the strategic planning and the development, implementation and maintenance of strategic plans, annual operating plans, budgets and capacity plans. Also, supports the implementation and ongoing refinement of the organizational design that drives client results around administrative and operations support, and results in the appropriate trade- offs of service, cost and quality based on an understanding of the competitive environment

Your Expertise

What youll need to succeed:

* Current FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration
* FINRA 63 registration and State Life Insurance obtained within 120 days of hire
* 2+ years of knowledge of qualified or non-qualified benefit plan administration, life insurance, finance, accounting, financial modeling or other technically oriented benefits-related field is preferred
* Undergraduate degree in related field and/or relevant experience
* Ability to direct and motivate people to encourage high standards of performance without formal authority
* Ability to manage high volumes, multiple projects and conflicting priorities
* Strong leadership/interpersonal skills to mentor/coach less experienced associates
* Professional presence with a level of comfort interacting with associates at all levels of the organization, including senior management
* Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to foster relationships with internal partners
* Computer proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and preferable proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $102,900 - $139,200 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
