Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.

Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience
* 3 + years of experience writing requirements for the design and implementation of information security technologies
* 4+ years of experience drafting use cases and test scripts
* 4+ years of defect tracking tool experience
* 4+ years of compliance and controls testing experience
* 4+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
* 2+ years of experience working with information security controls and deployments in a production environment

Desired Qualifications
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and project managers
* Ability to facilitate functional and systems design sessions
* Ability to gather and write Business Requirement Definitions (BRD)
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
* 4+ years of SQL experience
* 4+ years of SharePoint experience
