This position is responsible for providing second level support for the Citizens Distributed IT Security team, escalation of issues and more technical aspects of the job required by this resource.
The chosen candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of Oracle Security, required to provide technical expertise to both the internal/external departments within the organization and will be instrumental in the delivery of Distributed IT Security services that align with Technology Services direction.
Primary responsibilities will include:
* Level 2 support for the day-to-day operations of the Citizens Distributed IT Security team
* Providing security services that enable business while maintaining the highest levels of service and support without compromising security or introducing risk.
* Providing leadership and mentoring for junior staff on the Distributed IT Security team
* Acting as a focal point for resolution and/or escalation of Distributed IT Security Service issues
* Providing leadership and expert Oracle Security guidance for today and the future
* Supporting and maintaining the Database Security and Provisioning within our internal and Cloud based environments
* Ensuring delivery against operational control measures and addressing via Service Improvement Plans where shortfalls have been identified.
* Providing daily queue support while meeting processing and turnaround times established by internal procedures and guidelines or as required by SLA's while still maintaining a customer service focus
* Developing / improving regional standards, frameworks and models to support service excellence and ensure adherence
* Providing after hours and weekend On Call support as part of the rotational staff to ensure issues that occur outside of the normal business day are promptly resolved
* Assisting with data cleanup and process improvement activities as needed
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
* 7 or more years professional experience, preferably in a financial services environment
* Minimum of 5 years IT Risk or Information Security experience, preferably in a large corporate environment
* Well versed in Oracle security architecture
* Experience with AWS or other cloud based environments is a plus.
* Proven service and delivery capability / focus
* Proven experience with highly complex risk issues in a technology environment and appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements that impact the business lines that TSA supports (i.e. GLBA, SOX, PCI)
* Clear understanding of CoBIT and ITIL Frameworks
* Proven ability to influence and gain trust at senior management levels in multi-cultural environments
* Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to short timescales
* Extensive knowledge of US regulatory requirements as they pertain to Distributed IT Security
* Proven written and verbal communication skills
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
* BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field required

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM 5:00PM
