Fortune 500, LKQ Corporation, is currently looking for a dedicated, reliable candidate for Dispatcher/driver check-in at our Plainfield, IN warehouse. As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for ensuring parts are getting pulled timely and routed to the correct shuttles, reviewing our queue to ensure pull tags are printed and accounted for, coordinating and communicating quickly and effectively between our sales and delivery drivers through email, phone, and/or text as well as other duties. This employee is accountable for accurately processing, assigning, and cancelling work orders utilizing our system daily to ensure all ETA's are met; and help locate inventory and adjustment maintenance as needed. You will also be assisting with customer pick-ups ensuring that our customers are taken care of as quickly as possible. Essential job duties:  
*Communicate/coordinate between sales and delivery drivers as needed via phone, emails, text, etc. timely.   
*Process all orders printed within 1hour after time stamp.  
*Utilize our internal system daily to ensure all ETAs are met or notice is given to said sales rep/group of delays.  
*Assign all work orders to parts puller.  
*Location and inventory adjustment maintenance as needed.  
*Part replacement on open work orders as needed.  
*Creates manifests and handles all cancelled orders.  
*Must be able to multi task and work in sometimes a high pace environment daily.  
*Assist with customer pick ups and driver check in.  
*Help with quality control and parts check as time allows  
*Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Job Requirements:  
*High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
*Bilingual English-Spanish preferred  
*Basic computer knowledge, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to multi task and assign work as needed. Answer over 150 emails per day.  
*Sits, stands, bends, lifts to 50lbs and moves intermittently during working hours.  
*Automotive parts knowledge helpful.  
*Experience in warehouse/distribution center.

*It is also important that you display a positive, helpful demeanor, and a commitment to providing the best in customer service.  
*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, as well as an office environment. The noise level in the work environment can moderately loud. Should not have any lifting restrictions. Should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels and occasional inclement driving conditions.

•  2014 acquisition of Keystone Specialty, which expanded our product offering and increased our addressable market to include specialty vehicle aftermarket equipment and accessories.
•  On December 22, 2015, LKQ announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the holding company of Rhiag-Inter Auto Parts Italia
•  S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
