The Facebook Business Education team (Biz Ed/Blueprint) envisions empowering growth through digital education. The Business Education Training Partner will sit within the Business Education Training team.

Business Education Training Partner, North America Responsibilities

* Build and deliver education strategies in alignment with regional and global educational priorities.

* Deliver our full day and virtual (online) training on a regular basis to diverse audiences, from beginners (e.g. university students, NPOs ) to professional level (agencies, clients, consultancy firms) - with a focus on Branding & Performance Marketing solutions, as well as Marketing Science.

* Build and maintain strong partnership with cross-functional teams.

* Act as the key POC for Facebook Business Education offerings in the market and ensure that our portfolio of classes/offerings is integrated with other teams plans.

* Maintain an excellent base of Facebook Advertising solutions knowledge and act as a world class training resource for the team.

* Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent, up to date and in line with larger training goals and initiatives within the global Blueprint team.

* Support different audiences on their Facebook Certification journey.

* Support cross-functional partners with special events that require training and education initiatives that align to the goals of the global Blueprint team.

* Synthesize and communicate market needs and feedback to the Business Education team based on scale and scope needs analysis.

* Lead communications relating to Business Education offerings in partnership with regional project managers. Keep the global team informed of regional key activities and results.

* Support the Regional Team's operations by closely working with the regional lead, regional project managers and contractor workers (trainers and coordinators).

* Minimum of 30% travel time across North America (once travel re-opens).

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience with teaching or training delivery

* Bachelors degree

* Experience with Facebook advanced tools and solutions, specifically our Direct Response suite of products and Marketing Science

* Experience in advertising

* Experience with digital marketing and the internal workings of agencies

* Experience working with executive level leaders

Preferred Qualifications

* Public communication experience

* Leadership and problem solving experience

* Business proficiency in Spanish

* Facebook Blueprint Certification holder (in any exam)

* Experience with ad-tech knowledge and measurement and analytics
