Job Description
Position Title - Test Engineer
Job Purpose:
Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs testers and test procedures for new medical products and manufacturing support and test of products. Develops hardware and software solutions used to test PCBA level and system level functional tests.
Nature of responsibilities:
* Providing concepts that exhibit a high degree of creativity, functional simplicity and overall design excellence
* Producing cost effective designs which exceed customer expectations
* Performing architecture and tester selection within the constraints of product requirements
* Develop software and hardware designs for tests as required to complete design goals
* Actively management of internal and external resources, outside suppliers, and vendors in support of development, tool generation, OS selection, and validation testing
* May research literature, patents and current practices
Education:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in test engineering
