NorthropGrumman has an opening for a Product Trainer to support weapon system-basedtraining. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the GroundBased Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Training Systems Team (TST). This positionwill be located in Roy, Utah. TheProduct Trainer will support the Training Services Lead in providing design,development, and delivery of training courseware and related services. They willsupport the creation and maintenance of formal curricula and other trainingservices.
Plans, develops, and coordinates in-houseproduct training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtainsinformation needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares trainingmaterials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates thedevelopment of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteriafor evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers withtechnical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new trainingrequirements and to keep technical information up to date.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares in-house training, trainingmaterials, course content, methodology and coordination of the development oftraining aids
Support the development of criteria forevaluating effectiveness of training activities
Continuously revises lesson plans to meetnew training requirements and maintain updated technical information

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with 6 or more years of experience in courseware development, instruction or industry training content development
* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.
* Must be comfortable in a lab environment and be able to collaborate closely with system engineers, hardware designers, and integration/test engineers
* Working knowledge of customer compliance documents, government instructions, and government standards
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to read schematic diagrams dealing with wiring and fluid flow desired
* Military training system and/or Instructional Systems Design experience desired
* Military maintenance instructor experience desired
* ICBM or related domain experience
