Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Temporary - Associate Director, Knowledge Delivery Lead to join our Global Audit organization.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver just-in-time methodology and guidance while changing the way information and knowledge is accessed by and delivered to auditors by moving from a document-based approach to a digital information-based approach; understand what people are looking for and bringing strong field experience and fresh ideas to help us innovate knowledge delivery
* Manage team deliverables to include enhanced collaboration, content delivery and findability/search
* Work collaboratively with a variety of teams and other internal methodology and knowledge teams such as global learning and development, KPMGs Business School (US)
* Maintain ongoing, productive relationships with internal KPMG Global Solution Group Audit project teams, external KPMG global groups and external vendors
Qualifications:
* Minimum seven years of recent experience in learning and development, preferably in a global organization
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* General understanding of methodology-related developments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to confidently lead meetings, calls and group discussions with senior level audiences
* Recognition for exceptional client service and relationship building skills
