Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Administration, design, and implementation of an enterprise CyberArk environment.
* Investigates and resolves complex operational performance issues.
* Responsible for day-to-day operational support, hardware and software.
* Implements system health checks to ensure proper directory and application functionality.
* Recommends resolution to complex matters of significance and coordinates the implementation of the approved course of action.
* Setup and respond to standardized alerts, perform regular log analysis, monitor and maintain systems to identify any issues. Maintain overall system health to maximize system uptime and ensure delivery of service level objectives.
* Work on L2/L3 customer support tickets and requests. Provide on-call support, assist project, development, security, and operations teams as required.
* Work with multiple teams such as Local AD, Server, and Network Administrators to resolve application problems. Provide support for restoration of service and perform root cause analysis.
* Develop documentation for assigned projects including installation guides, troubleshooting guides, run books etc.
* Keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry and guide project teams to follow industry best practices.
* Will require on-call and occasional weekend and evening work.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
* Experience with Directory Services (non-Microsoft LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory).
* Administration and design of Active Directory OU structure.
* Administration and design of Active Directory Group Policies.
* Administration and design of Microsoft PKI environment
* PowerShell experience.
* Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves complex software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to Active Directory and Microsoft DFS.
* Strong troubleshooting skills to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommends course of action and implements as approved.
* Utilization of standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes.
* Understanding of VMWare, other operating systems, networks, and applications software desired.
* Familiarity with Identity Management and authentication technologies desired.
* Creation and maintenance of documentation for servers, projects, and knowledge base.
* Detail oriented and experience working in a production environment using change control practices, creating and working under technical project plans and timelines.
* Functions well in large-scale, complex, cross-functional / platform environment.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of recent technical delivery experience with Microsoft Active Directory networks in government space
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* Detail-oriented performer familiar with working in a highly collaborative environment
* Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities
* Extremely process and detail oriented
* Strong customer service focus
* Experience with Cloud integration a plus

Special Requirements:
* Communications - Excellent written and oral English communication skills, a good listener with a team player attitude, problem solving, negotiation, issue management, and mediation, and have good technical documentation skills are essential for this position.
* Overall - Ability to work in fast paced environment being self-motivated, pleasantly aggressive and assertive, realistically ambitious with high personal ethics. Develop a professional relationship with co-workers and end-users with a positive influence. Have the discipline to follow established methodology while seeking ways to improve the process.
