Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.

ECS is looking for a candidate with experience in supporting Wholesale customers using Treasury Management payment products such as ACH, ECS, Lockbox and Wire Transfer. We are looking for a well organized individual who is extremely detail oriented and thrives in a team environment. Our customers expect you to communicate effectively and be proactive in providing service. You will own the relationship with the customer and see issues through to resolution. In essence, we are looking for someone to provide Stellar customer service.

In this role you will:

* Follow established guidelines
* Respond to inquiries concerning support, processing, systems status and network connectivity.
* Document and resolve basic problems regarding Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) applications and escalate to senior staff or management when solution is unclear.
* Provide monitoring of customer transactions through the ECS applications to ensure all transactions are processed.
* Record inquiries and resolve issues or direct request to appropriate technical area or vendor. I
* Track status and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

Team members are scheduled for an 8-hour shift, but since this is a production environment, overtime and/or schedule changes may be necessary at times. A specific schedule for this position will be discussed during the selection process.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications
* 1+ year of financial services experience, demonstrated through work, military, or education

* Able to understand complex processing flows, various processing applications including transmissions, and the interactions between them all
* EDI experience is preferred, ie. experience reading different file types (ex - Flat File, XML, 820, etc)
* Experience using TSO/CICS and other mainframe and/or UNIX based applications
