Job Description

We are looking for someone who will work directly with all channel managers to help drive Channel Execution through its next stage of growth. This critical role will help the leadership team prioritize, communicate, and make efficient decisions on key strategic issues.

The role will be a balance between strategy, operations, project and process management, execution, and will essentially be responsible for enabling the team to be as effective as possible. The ideal applicant is a generalist who loves learning, is highly analytical and process oriented, has strong management skills and demonstrates the following characteristics: quick thinking, high emotional intelligence, curiosity, low ego, intuition, passion for technology and strength of conviction to hold others accountable. Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic initiatives that will help drive operational improvements, working with key executives.

- Strategically align key priorities, milestones, deadlines, and decisions.

- Using strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, lead projects and initiatives that cut across multiple departments at all levels.

- Represent execution team in variety of cross-functional projects.

- Improve and streamline communication across the organization.

- Create and manage effective, scalable processes to manage operating rhythms. Requires an ability to lead and influence to inject new operational processes to drive executional discipline and excellence.

- Develop relationships within direct and extended team members to be able to act as an informed and helpful sounding board and thought partner.

- Understand leadership intent and vision, lead to drive and track goals and priorities. Tackle and solve issues through escalation and articulate the issues that need to be done to elevate the team and allow easy accountability.

- Partner with Finance, HR, and senior leaders to effectively allocate and manage headcount and related costs, govern a geographically distributed workforce and ensure people and project reporting are maintained.

- Ensure strong controls are implemented and managed throughout the organization.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive experience in an operationally or project management focused role

- Strategic thinker, data-driven and analytical in approach to solving problems; strong financial fundamentals

- Strong written, presentation, and verbal communications at executive level

- Demonstrated experience working with key stakeholders and leaders

- Competencies in cross-group collaboration, analytical thinking, and strategic development

- Strong organizational skills, excellent execution

- Ability to pivot quickly to meet changes in business priorities

- Proven success in project management; ability to influence and drive accountability

- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on executive communication

- Strong operational excellence focus
