ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
– Demonstrates knowledge of MMS production and quality food standards in service to retail customers. Responsible for providing helpful and courteous service in a timely manner. Accurately collects monies and makes correct change. Responsible for keeping equipment and serving area clean and sanitized. Communicates and works appropriately with manager and other department personnel. Adheres to HACCP guidelines to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary food production and equipment maintenance. Follows Hospital and Department Policies and Procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITY
– Supervised by the Food Court Supervisor and the Retail Manager. The Retail Manager with input from Food Court Supervisor conducts performance evaluations at the end of the three-month probationary period. Evaluations, thereafter, are on a yearly basis.
