As a Manager III Property Administration, you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team and work closely with Property and Logistics functional management, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), suppliers, contracts and other functions that support the Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) property system. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to effectively collaborate with these functions to develop and implement strategic goals, influence system solutions, facilitate forward thinking initiatives to include streamlining and integrating processes, and incorporate best-in-class reliable solutions for customer and enterprise requirements.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Integrate a culture of improvement and efficiency into the property organization driving innovative solutions and affordability
2. Consistently display effective communication and leadership behaviors during times of change
3. Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols
4. Effectively communicate with DCMA and customers (internal/external) to shape proactive relationships
5. Evaluation of leading and lagging metrics that drive and/or affect the property system
6. Driving continuous improvement and demonstrated capability to utilize Lean Six Sigma as a key enabler to accomplish these improvements
7. Daily interaction with other teams, programs, and Business Units (BUs) to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives
8. Manage supplier and site property systems requirements
9. Develop future leaders and successors within the organization

Required Education:
Bachelors degree Supply Chain, Business or related is required
Required Skills & Experience:

* Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience encompassing a strong working knowledge of Logistics and Property Management theory as well as experience in the Logistics, Property, Operations, Supply Chain or Program functions
* Experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas including interpreting and implementing FAR and DFAR contract property requirements
* Leadership experience and team management ideally in a cross-functional, matrix environment
* Strong influential communication, decision making and strategic skills
* Experience interfacing with all levels within an organization
* Leadership skills to motivate employees while driving change
* National Property Management Association, CPPS certification or able to obtain certification within 1 year of employment
* U.S. Citizenship

Desired Education, Skills & Experience:

* Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related
* Understanding of FAR/DFAR requirements and regulations
* Desired candidate will exhibit an executive presence and the ability to effectively communicate with program managers, directors, functional leadership, customer representatives and government agencies related to property activities
* Skilled in team building, conflict resolution and relationship management to create an effective partnering environment that includes credibility, respect and trust
* Adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure that RMD business needs are met
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships based on mutual respect with peers, customers and team members
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, control and direct activities and resources
* Self-Starter who requires minimal supervision, as well as the ability to manage priorities
* Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), disclosure statements and Sarbanes Oxley
* Active Secret clearance
* Previous DoD experience
