Getting here couldn't be easier! Our warehouse is located in Burlington, NJ just a 12 minute walk from the Florence stop off the River Line station and a 2 minute drive off of Route 130!

The Consolidation Department's Induction Lead pay rate starts at $15.75/hour. The days of work are Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays and hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Direct others in performance of warehouse tasks in a professional and fair manner.

Ability to run the induction area with little to no supervision.

Operate material handling equipment to effectively perform picking and loading tasks.

Communicate shipping issues promptly to the Supervisor/Manager; resolve identified issues and problems as appropriate.

Support and participate in inventory management activities.

Maintain housekeeping standards during performance of all work; assist in housekeeping activities as needed.

Adhere to all company policy/procedures and safety practices.

Participate in general warehouse activities as needed.

Job Qualifications:

Must have excellent attendance, conduct, safety and performance record.

Must have prior work experience in professional handling of work and employee related issues.

Must be able to communicate with home office personnel regarding shipping procedures.

Must be able to work required schedules, including overtime; days and hours can fluctuate to meet the needs of the business. Weekend availability required.

Must be able to operate a warehouse management computer system.

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language to successfully accomplish the role.
