Responsibilities
The a4 Sales Enablement Coordinator is a critical role within Altice News & Advertising's Sales Enablement team. This role's primary function includes the creation of sales and training materials for our advertising products and platforms as well as the communication about, and management of, those materials. Materials include PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, case studies, and job aids that explain our products and sales process for our Account Executives. This position will also help coordinate and communicate product and platform rollouts, sales process changes, participate in Q&A sessions, and more.
This position will operate in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects. This role will provide support primarily focused on sales and product materials, but will also collaborate across the team and may be assigned projects that will support the full department's priorities. This role provides the opportunity to drive a4's sales positioning and strategy as well as an entry point into launching a sales or marketing career within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)
* Support the Sales Enablement team by helping to plan, complete, and deliver sales and training materials for our advertising products and platforms
* Become an expert on all of a4's products and capabilities
* Coordinate day-to-day tasks that lead to the completion of projects and materials
* Assist with communication on product rollouts and changes
* Participate in sales and product trainings as needed
* Handle inquiries from all levels of the organization
* Provide excellent service to our sales organization and internal clients

Qualifications
* 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or media company preferred
* Excellent PowerPoint skills, strong design skills a plus
* Proficient writing and editing skills
* Exceptional attention to content detail and aesthetics
* Self-starter; able to work without constant supervision
* Ability to answer day-to-day product and content questions in a clear and concise way
* Experience with online learning platforms or project management platforms a plus
