As the Director Program Management, Verticals youll be responsible for leading programs focused on unlocking new business opportunities in major vertical such as data centers, premium commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and airports. Collaboratively work with Chief Architect and Chief Product Officer organizations to refine requirements into specific program deliverables, while working in an Agile environment. An ability to balance establishing and maintaining strategic direction with daily tactical execution will be critical to success.

This position will report to the HBT PMO Vice President and will be based in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drives a robust program management operating system
* Ensures programs deliver on time, on budget, on schedule and on product cost operating in an Agile Release Train environment.
* Drives end to end ownership from a Systems perspective of the product delivery cycle, including buy to sell relationships
* Ensures strong risk management adherence including escalation of critical issues
* Collects voice of customer and uses that to refine features in upcoming sprints
* Aligns with AME/Sourcing to drive hardware and software relationships with external companies as required
* Messages program status to GBE, Engineering and Business Leadership
* Ensures product offerings are designed and sourced to meet product cost and manufacturing yield requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

* Bachelors Degree Business, Engineering or other technical degree
* 5 years of Domain expertise in data centers, premium commercial buildings, healthcare, hospitality, and/or airports environments
* Minimum 10 Years cross functional business experience
* 5 years of experience leading projects in an Agile environment
