This individual will be working with KEY by BCG, but will have the ability to collaborate across products. KEY is BCG's solution to drive Activist Program Management & performance improvement at scale. It can be used for any kind of implementation project and provides full impact realization and sustained competitive performance.

BCG is seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Analyst, based in Chicago and Munich. You will join an expanding team which helps to implement flagship products in our client organizations. Flagship products are where BCG does multi-million dollar investments to create products to complement their consulting offerings. You will join the Software Business to manage, execute and deliver product solutions to the client and implement flagship products into BCG client organization.

* In particular, you will be a part of the Software Delivery Organization that will be in charge of:
* Delivering and embedding BCG product solution to clients
* Providing domain, solution and technical expertise to our clients and consulting teams
* Running the necessary analytics to support the software and additional insights, leveraging the best of team capabilities
* Coordinating with client, consulting teams and Practice Areas (PAs ) on priorities, timelines and deliverables
* Relaying client feedback and requirements to our engineering teams for further development of the BCG product solution suite
* The Senior Solution Delivery Analysts have two broad sets of responsibilities:
* Focusing on client service elements 80% of the time

YOU'RE GOOD AT

* Working with a diverse and globally distributed team on gathering business requirements, scoping breadth of work and crafting efficient solution approaches
* Providing input on proposing, evaluating and selecting appropriate design alternatives to meet client requirements, consistent with client and BCG standards of quality & excellence
* Demonstrating strong aptitude to work on a variety of technical and analytical topics; focus on delivery excellence in diverse technical environments
* Designing the on-boarding schedule, & provide day-to-day apprenticeship & coaching for Analysts with guidance from manager

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, computer science, business administration
* Minimum of 2 years of front-end development using JavaScript, including but not limited to JSON modification, inbuilt functions (arrow, callbacks), arrays, loops (For, While) and objects
* Exposure to / experience with ag-Grid
* Knowledge of ag-Grid API
* GroupingPivoting
* Dynamic aggregationCustom cell formatting
* Layout and styling
* Export functionality
* Exposure to / experience with HighCharts
* JSON format
* Data annotations
* Different chart types such as bar chart, stacked bar chart, line charts, etc.
* Dual axis
* Data management capabilities including but not limited to data sourcing, consolidation, manipulation and analyses using SQL, SQL Server, PostGreQL
* Strong multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, and patience in a fluid environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English fluency a must
* Professional attitude and service orientation; team player
