This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly inclusive team with one focus at Intel: the relentless pursuit of architecture innovations to satisfy the needs of next breed of cloud, hyperscale, web 2.0 and enterprise applications.

The solutions developed by this team over the last decade have formed the foundation of modern datacenter architecture and led to rapid growth of both the Intels datacenter business and the overall cloud and datacenter industry.

There are multiple leadership positions across several architecture domains including:

* The heterogeneous compute architecture, highly scalable protocol and interface standards for servers
* Graphics, client and AI SoCs, memory stack, IO stack
* PCIe, CXL and Virtualization technologies
* SoC/IP construction, modelling and automation.

If you are a star silicon architect with the desire to define world changing solutions at the heart the most advanced datacenter silicon that directly translates to multi-billion dollar revenue, this is the place to be!

We have myriad opportunities for publishing technical papers in both internal and external conferences, patent filings and other intellectual property development.

Finally, we work alongside some of the best in the industry.

As a successful candidate, you must possess:

* Experience with models - SW models, spreadsheet models, statistical/mathematical models is a plus.
* Ability to write scripts and perform data analyses is required
* In depth knowledge of computer IO architecture, including knowledge of standards like PCIe and CXL, as well as knowledge of IO device architecture, including software/driver conventions, basic device architecture and operation.
* Specific knowledge of network devices is highly valued.
* Familiarity with server software, including some knowledge of server system software and application software.
* Familiarly with cloud computing software paradigms is highly valued.

Here's what a day in the life might include as a Product Configuration Architect in Fabric and Memory configuration:
