Senior Associate, Product Marketing Strategy

This role is responsible for translating audience insights into marketing plans, building testing agendas and collaborating with partners to execute campaigns.

* Develop insight-driven marketing strategies that include positioning recommendations, testing opportunities and clear timelines.
* Collaborate with channel & digital teams to deliver campaigns into market
* Write clear and concise test documents and test plans.
* Translate and communicate business goals into effective creative briefs.
* Manage creative development (with internal creative teams or agency partners) to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to our strategic intent and delivered on schedule.
* Manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while staying focused on delivering excellent results
* Collaborate with multiple partner teams and navigate/negotiate through a complex organization
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree or Military Experience
* At least 2 years of marketing experience
* At least 2 years developing marketing test frameworks that drive results
* At least 1 year of experience in new product launch marketing or marketing product development
Preferred Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
* At least 3 years marketing experience
* At least 3 years experience driving creative strategy and optimization plans
* At least 1 year of experience in marketing Financial Services
