Summary
This position is responsible for creating quality brush heads in accordance with standard efficiency and safety procedures.
Major Tasks Include:
Creating quality brush heads by proper placement of filament in ferrule, combing the brush, and utilizing brushmaking tools as required
Inspecting brush heads for quality
Gathering materials, including but not limited to, ferrules, plugs, inserts, labels, pull down, and pull down magnet to create the brush heads
Using scanners to track incoming and outgoing orders
Participating in housekeeping activities that is a reflection of a safe and clutter free work environment
Continuously advocating and practicing the principals of the safety program
Participating in the site safety committee meetings and activities
Performing other job related duties as assigned
Adhere to attendance policy
Basic Qualifications:
Must have the legal right to work in the US without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
Other Qualifications:
Experience with Brushmaking
Experience with fine hand manipulation
Experience in an environment where you rotate from department to department
Experience monitoring quality of raw materials or finished goods
