As a member of the International Change Team within Operations & Technology, the Program Manager is responsible for delivery of complex, broad, international programs and projects, to deliver Executive Leadership key strategic initiatives.

We will count on you to:
* Develop detailed, robust, high-quality program delivery roadmaps including: resources, outcomes, schedules, costs, assumptions, dependencies, business integration plans etc. for large scale, complex strategic initiatives.
* Engage key Stakeholders to gain effective buy-in ensuring adequate resources are made available.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with senior business partners, and third parties. Become a trusted advisor and helps facilitate timely decision-making and trade-offs throughout all relevant stages.
* Work closely with teams within the programs who are managing projects/work streams, and regularly interfaces with internal management including digital and technology. Ensures that all requirements are correctly translated into tangible outputs, outcomes and benefits.
* Align all outputs, outcomes and benefits to KPIs, validate they are achievable by managing the interdependencies with other programs and projects and relevant business plans. Any deviance from plan is correctly change controlled.
* Act as the first line of assurance for programs to mitigate risk, and uncertainty exposures. Ensure assumptions are validated to control the risk profile of the programs.
* Serve as an expert in delivery and change management, assists business domains in defining the right approaches and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.
* Actively engage and contribute as a member of the change management leadership team to share lessons learnt and improve methods and standards across the organization.
What you need to have:
* Relevant program management qualification: MSP/PMI/APM or equivalent.
* Previous demonstrable experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across continents/regions.
* At least 5-10 years experience of complex and major program/project management gained in management consulting or equivalent sized business environments, preferably at a global scale.
* Experience in employee benefits business and solutions highly desirable, but not essential.

* Experience of managing / coordinating implementation with teams across different locations, dispersed globally, including off-shoring/near-shoring teams.
* Well versed in managing business and technology solutions delivery lifecycles, using multiple disciplines and methodologies.
* Self-sufficient and highly motivated, with ability to deal with ambiguity and operate in a global matrix environment.
* Change management credentials, e.g. leading people and clients change journey.
* Strong stakeholder management and communications skills with ability and gravitas to operate and influence at Senior Leadership level.
