Benefits Click Here for Benefits Information Job Description The Marketing Manager, E-Commerce is an integral part of driving Vistars strategic growth objectives. The Marketing Manager will support the digital marketing strategy for the e-commerce channel. Strategic areas of focus include website design, content management, SEO, paid search and social media, CRM and email marketing strategy.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

* Plan and execute the companys integrated, digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, Social Ads, Display/Retargeting, and Email
* Provide subject-matter expertise to the broader communications organization on paid marketing strategies and plans that will meet business objectives
* Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance; define and track metrics to measure the efficiency of website navigation; capture intelligence on user interests
* Provide Customer Service, Sales Team, and Retail partners with timely information on advertising and digital campaigns
* Contribute and influence the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies
* Responsible for the collection, organization, maintenance and safeguarding of all digital photography
* Perform ongoing website maintenance, including implementation of CMS and content updates
* Create strategies to grow new and returning visitors year-over-year, extend sessions, page views, and increase conversion rates on quotations
* Ensure compliance on all consumer and privacy/spam laws and regulations
* Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of professional digital marketing experience, to include social media and e-commerce
Knowledge of testing and measurement to analyze brand performance and evolve overall paid strategies
Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on national marketing campaigns
Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms, their respective users, and how platforms can be deployed and best utilized
