RSM US is a leading Microsoft partner who leverages’ Microsoft’s leading enterprise resource planning platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, and other Microsoft-centric tools to help customers stay competitive in a constantly changing environment.
We continue to experience strong growth and are currently hiring Consulting Managers proficient in Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain.
Consulting Managers are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of client implementation projects. This includes project planning, project management, project governance (Scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks), solution architecture, and direct management of implementation teams (on shore and off shore). From requirements gathering to go-live, consulting manager’s work closely with the implementation team, the client, and internal RSM support teams to ensure successful implementations. In addition, you will assist in the on-going improvement of delivery initiatives, processes, and tool sets to further enable the future success of RSM led D365 F&SC implementations.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain or previous versions
Project or Program Manager of at least five full lifecycle Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects
Experience with Microsoft SureStep methodology or similar software implementation methodologyBS/BA or Masters in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Accounting, Engineering or related field
DevOps and/or Microsoft Project Plan
• Deep knowledge in Core Business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience in Retail, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, or Government Contracting implementations, preferred
PMP, Project Management Professional, Certification, preferred
MBA, preferred
Dynamics D365 F&SC certifications, preferred
D365 Power Platform implementation experience, preferred
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Location: Any major city in the US.
Travel: up to 75%
