What youll do

The Office of the CIO (OCIO) organization operationally supports the Business of IT within TJX. We serve the company as both catalyst and coordinator, ensuring that IT execution maintains constant alignment with our global business needs.

The software asset management team partners globally with IT and business units to maintain an accurate inventory of software being used in our store, distribution centers, corporate and remote locations in accordance with each vendors terms and conditions.

As an Asset & Management Software Management Analyst, you will engage with IT across the stores, distribution centers, corporate and remote locations to understand the software architecture landscape and how enterprise software is used to support the business. In this role your impact will be critical to provide enterprise software licensing knowledge to IT product owners. Your core responsibilities will be to monitor enterprise software usage. You will partner with IT to ensure enterprise software is being used in accordance with vendors terms and conditions.

What youll need

We seek self-motivated colleagues who can demonstrate their talent and experience to identify, triage, and support the smooth operation of IT initiatives. You'll work with our finest thought leaders to correlate ongoing efforts with key business outcomes. We want creative people that are familiar with the challenges of software licensing terms and conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

1-3 years of software asset management experience

Certified in Software Asset Management

Familiar with enterprise software licensing from vendors like Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM

Understanding of enterprise software licensing architecture

ServiceNow Software Asset Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

In depth knowledge of Microsoft software licensing

ServiceNow Software Asset Management experience

Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager experience

IBM Bigfix/License Metric Tool experience

Familiarity with security concerns in enterprise software.
