What you will do
* Responsible to achieve Quota within assigned territory.
* Lead to drive conversion of surgeons to Stryker Trauma and Sports Medicine technologies.
* Focus on new revenue generation at key strategic accounts and surgeons through execution of Sales, Marketing and Medical Education resources
* Manage internal coordination with sales support and operations to ensure proper, timely and complete deliveries for scheduled surgeries.
* Cover hospital cases, make account calls, move instruments sets when necessary to needed locations and attend meetings, training programs and conventions.
* Provide a mapping analysis of prospective customers and needs within assigned territory.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with clinical specialists and Regional product specialist to achieve common goals.
* Track the activity and performance trends of the assigned territory.
* Build rapport and trust with key surgeons to foster interdependent relationships that create strong connectivity;
* Coordinate training events for hospitals staff as needed.
* Provide reports, analysis and recommendations to sales management regarding Territory sales activities, objectives and needs.
* Additional duties may be assigned.
Compliance
* Ensure the understanding and application of the companys policies
* Steer the work with the company's trade policy
* Conduct all business and affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Stryker Code of Business Conduct, with the highest ethical principles.
Quality and Regulatory
* Report in writing all complaints and claims received from customers for any products or services
* Attends in due course all quality and regulatory statements
Administrative
* Plan the weekly, monthly and quarterly work according to the companys guidelines. Report and update in the work plan in the CRM which includes (visits to customers, HCP's, purchasing personnel, entry to surgery, demonstrations, training to others about the products)
* Prepare a monthly travel plan, if applicable
* Generate timely reports as required by the sales management
* Report his /her travel or representation expenses no later than within 30 days
* Plan vacations in a timely manner
* Make use of the work tools according to the policies and guidelines of the company
Occupational health
* To procure integral care of health
* To provide clear, true and complete information about his/her health condition
* To comply with the rules, regulations and instructions of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the company
* To report in a timely manner to Stryker about latent dangers and risks at the worksite
* To Participate in training activities of the Occupational health and safety Management system
* To Participate and contribute to the compliance of the objectives of the Occupational health and safety management system
What you need
* Intermediate English level
* Technical sales knowledge in medical devices
* At least 3 years of experience working with orthopeadic/spine implants
* MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
