Staff Manager
We are seeking a proven, highly professional to build, develop and grow a sales team in a community-focused environment.

As a Staff Manager, you will meet your individual teams business plan objectives by:

* recruiting and helping in the selection of talent to build a highly successful team
* training, coaching and developing Financial Reps on your staff
* executing the Companys systems and processes
* developing and implementing representative-specific community base marketing programs
* creating a culture of associate development and retention

Characteristics Essential for Success
Our most successful Staff Managers have the following characteristics:

* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual and/or team objective in the financial services and insurance industries for 2+ years
* Possesses a solid understanding of financial services and/or sales processes, advanced sales concepts, product knowledge and demonstrated successful experience selling financial products.
* Life & Health as well as Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses are required
* Experience teaching others how to network, prospect leads and effectively approach individuals and business leaders
* Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
