Key Qualifications

* Multiple years of experience managing a Quality Assurance team, comprised of individuals at different experience levels
* Proven track record demonstrating the ability to attract, hire, empower, and develop the best employees
* Ability to properly plan and execute, and hold people accountable
* Expertise with managing quality of a complex, highly-cross-organizational product
* Experience qualifying both web and iOS/iPadOS/macOS applications, in tandem with the services that power them
* Great communication and collaboration skills
* Obsession over the customer experience
