Business Overview:

BNP Paribas’ Global Markets business offers a broad range of products and services in the global interest rates, credit, currency, equities & commodity markets. Global Markets help their franchise of clients find effective ways to raise and invest capital as well as manage their exposure to risk.

Within Global Markets, Markets 360 is the client-facing research division consisting of economists and strategists providing analysis and views on markets across economies, Central Bank policies and asset classes.

Responsibilities: 

The Global Equity Flow Strategists is responsible for producing strategy based on analysis of equity flows and positioning, across US, Europe, Asia. 
Build a high-profile client franchise, with an emphasis on tactical, trading-oriented clients, and aligned with the Global Equities objectives. 
Support the sales and trading business through generating flows but also enable a best in class data-based flow intelligence infrastructure. Collaborate with partners in Equity Derivatives Strategy and with stakeholders in trading and sales. 
Create a high-profile brand for BNP Paribas as a leading business for Flow Intelligence. 

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Proficient in python
Ability to independently create models and frameworks
Has a strong understanding of equity markets with a focus on

Flows and positioning
Tactical trade ideas

Preferred Qualifications: 

Degree or masters preferred

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $225,000 to $275,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
