The Sr. HRBP, M&A HR role will be perfect for a demonstrated strategic HR professional with a knack for business partnership, organized program manager, and executor across diverse stakeholders throughout M&A projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving successful integration strategies, partnering with senior leadership, and ensuring smooth transitions for employees and teams. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in M&A HR processes, including due diligence, organizational design, change management, and cultural alignment. What You'll Do
Quickly build business acumen and understanding around target deal/integration business strategy to be able to play a strategic role in the end to end deal lifecycle, inclusive of identifying risks, defining the integration strategy and influencing key business leaders and stakeholders towards alignment.
Drive conversations with senior leaders and represent the M&A & HR leadership’s vision.
Develop strong cross functional stakeholder relationships within P&P and in key partner teams like finance, legal, etc.
Drive several simultaneous M&A projects from end to end, in close partnership with the M&A People Program Managers and Integration Leads.
Partner with business leaders to address organizational challenges, talent needs, and workforce planning.
Develop and implement strategies to retain critical talent and mitigate attrition risks.
Serve as a coach and consultant to leaders, managers and cross-functional partners, helping them navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management strategies, helping to align cultures and values during integrations.
Support and drive a robust M&A program (e.g., roles, responsibilities, processes, and tools) while constantly working to simplify M&A processes for efficiency and scalability
Provide thought partnership and execution that is both strategic and tactical, with a persistent attention to detail, and a high degree of ambiguity.
Support & enable quality control and continuous improvement to the program by identifying ways to enhance the employee experience.
Basic Qualifications
9+ years of professional experience
Strategic HR Business Partner Experience
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing sophisticated projects & programs
BA/BS/Masters in Business, HR, Economics, or other business operations focus
Previous M&A experience
