JOB OVERVIEW

Prometric is seeking a Test Quality Assistant Intern that will assist with creating and updating procedural guides, along with supporting documentation pertaining to Test Publishing and Test Quality services. The pay rate for this role is $16.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in updating and creating procedural guides and supporting documentation.

Assist in the development of templates and guidelines for consistent documentation practices.

Provide suggestions for improvements to the testing process, tools, and overall quality assurance practices.
Assist in the development or maintenance of automated test scripts, if applicable, to improve testing efficiency.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation.
Technical Writing: Ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with different teams.
Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple documents and tasks.
Proficiency with Documentation Tools: Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and specialized documentation software.
Able to identify and resolve issues in documentation processes.
