Paid Time Off:

Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.

Responsibilities

At Envision Healthcare, the primary purpose of the IT Project Manager Level II is to manage multiple projects, or one large scale project, from initiation to deployment.  The IT Project Manager II ensures ownership, accountability, and governance of project assignments.  The role leads multiple projects and facilitates activities of external and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.  This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships, experience with IT initiatives all in efforts to   successfully deliver work to best support Envision Healthcare.

Oversees multiple projects or one larger scale project, often requiring considerable resources and medium to high level functions of integration.
Responsible for the initiation, coordination and completion of multiple, parallel projects within the IT PMO.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects; Owns stakeholder management; responsible for setting customer expectations and leading efforts to sustain customer satisfaction.
Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develops and presents full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
Estimates resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Quickly secures needed project resources through internal scheduling or external hiring or contracting.
Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team.
Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.
Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations for team and for upper management.
Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, devises and leads execution of contingency plans.
Defines project success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Uses project delivery metrics to measure and improve team performance.
Conducts project post mortems and drives continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

PMP Certification
Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university or extensive specialized training in related field
4+ years of project management experience
Various Project Management Tools (i.e. Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.)

3-5 years of prior experience in physician practice management or other healthcare entity strongly preferred
Strong leadership skills and team player mentality.
Proactive self-starter with a dynamic and resilient nature, high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and solve problems.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
Solid project management skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.
Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Flexible during times of change.
Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Annual Compensation- $91,714 - $115,000 per yr.

Please note, this position is remote and the pay range presented is a full range in the role specific to 100% national labor mkt avg.  Salary bands across the enterprise may differ due to cost of living adjustments and are specific to an employee’s address and state and can vary for higher labor mkts.
