Introduction
The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Cash Compliance Analyst will support achievement of Cash team goals by performing process compliance testing to ensure accuracy of work and identify areas of opportunity. Deliver on reporting needs based on business requirements. Assist the business with continuous improvement and automation of tools to drive efficiency wins and productivity savings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Enhance testing and implementation of Payment Profile features
* Identify and escalate inefficiencies and process change needs to Cash leadership
* Continuously investigate and propose new compliance techniques and areas of focus
* Act as liaison between the bank and PepsiCo for remittance advice information and external mail carriers
* Pursue the broad use of Payment Profile Event Entry classes to facilitate PIP allowed auto write off of invoice threshold variances
* Analyze, edit, and develop new Payment Profiles for Chain and Trade customers
* Complete weekly and period analysis reporting to maintain and promote an optimal and accurate percent of auto cash application

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* 2+ years AR Experience
* 2+ years SQL experience
* 2+ years experience with cash algorithms

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Proficient in all Windows Applications (emphasis on MS Access)
