This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:???

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of 2023. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Software Business/Requirements Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: 

Leading efforts to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders and customers.   

Leading and facilitating workshops and interviews with stakeholders, subject matter experts, UX designers, and development teams.  

Independently defining and documenting requirements in user stories utilizing behavior driven development (BDD) specifications.  

Utilizing proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process throughout the software lifecycle.  

Determining that project deliverables are met according to specification. 

Your Skills and Expertise    

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and veified prior to start) from an accredited university

OR

High School Diploma/GED (completed and veified prior to start) and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in software industry

Six (6) years of work as a software business requirements analysis in a private, public, government or military environment  

Experience with web, mobile, or desktop applications 

Experience with defining and documenting requirements in user stories utilizing behavior driven development (BDD) specifications.

Remote USA

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international]
