Job Summary:
The Government Aggregation team is responsible for growth through contracts with municipalities that we are awarded through a bid process managed by third party consultants that represent the municipality. This position will serve as the day-to-day point of contact with responsibility for processes, coordination and communication related to revenue generating activities, and will assist Sr Manager with responsibilities throughout the lifecycle.
The candidate will have responsibility for coordinating our response to each request for proposal (RFP). This entails reviewing and understanding the RFP document, preparing a summary of key requirements and deadlines, communicating with the team, and following up to answer any questions to ensure deadlines are met. The candidate must develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders as well as third parties and serve as the in-house point of contact. The candidate should have a continuous improvement mentality and look for opportunities to enhance existing processes and be able to participate in improvement efforts.
For each contract awarded, the candidate will coordinate with internal teams as directed, to facilitate internal setup. This position will also be responsible for routine and ad hoc reporting. This includes monthly and/or quarterly reporting to internal stakeholders, and externally to third parties.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Review and summarize the RFP details
Coordinate with internal teams to communicate the details, ensure deadlines are met and responses are delivered timely
Coordinate externally with third parties to obtain all necessary information
Maintain pipeline of bid deadlines and provide weekly updates
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate setup for contractual requirements
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting to internal stakeholders
Prepare and coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for third parties
Perform ad-hoc analysis or reporting, as needed
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Finance, Economics, Marketing or related undergraduate degree
5+ Years of analyst experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of energy industry experience, computer skills, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience in the following areas preferred:
Retail energy markets and products
Retail energy sales processes
Familiar with RFP process and responses
