The Organizational Development and Communications team works to inform and engage employees, and to reinforce the business objectives and the culture we desire. We also provide Devon and our leaders additional opportunities to listen to and learn from employees’ experiences, ideas and feedback – helping Devon continue to be a great place to work and grow. We do this through employee town halls, Ask Anything leader meetings, pulse surveys, focus groups and executive listening sessions.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Organizational Development and Communications, the Organizational Development & Learning Coordinator will create the processes for and coordinate all learning activities, and manage the scheduling, promotional communications, preparations for and reporting on learning programs, and communications events. 

Responsibilities include:

• Administer the company-wide, learning programs schedule, publish programs in Devon’s learning management system (LMS), and track and report enrollment and completion.
• Maintain calendar of training and promote learning opportunities and company communications events through targeted communications using the company intranet, email and Teams.
• In partnership with the Learning Specialists and Hospitality Services, coordinate all aspects of training programs and communication events (room reservation, set-up, materials & supplies, refreshments, etc.)
• Work with external universities and training vendors to schedule and coordinate externally facilitated programs.
• Manage the proper organization and inventory of learning program materials and supplies. 
• Assist with employee enrollment in courses into the LMS. 
• Prepare, monitor, update and share training reports to support the training process. 
• Coordinate, administer, analyze and report on learning program evaluations.
• Actively market, promote and measure the employee utilization of LinkedIn Learning across Devon.
• Support the Director in the administration of Glint Pulse, Leader 360 Feedback and other surveys and the coordination of Devon’s executive coaching program.
• Support the Communications team workflow and digital asset system as directed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

• Self-directed and demonstrated ability to develop and communicate new processes, systems and approaches.
• Ability to organize, manage and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee data.
• Strong communication skills (speaking, listening and writing) and interpersonal and customer service skills to work with others at all levels and areas of Devon and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administration experience required.
• Intermediate level knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required. 
• Strong working knowledge of learning management systems (SAP and/or Success Factors LMS preferred). 
• Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training or related area beneficial.
