2021 Investment Innovation Product/Business Analyst Internship: PGIM

Location(s): Newark, NJ

PGIM Investment Operations and Innovation provides the operation support and innovation services that contributes to PGIM being a world-class investment manager.

The Program:

The 10-week internship experience will provide you with valuable experiences during the summer. As a Product/Business Analyst intern in the Digital Transformation group you will:

* Partner across PGIM business units, CMOs and digital marketing teams to understand and document needs and requirements
* Drive execution of proof of concepts, minimum viable products, and/or prototypes to prove value and functionality
* Perform design, development and management of new, existing or acquisition products
* Build or implement tools for reporting or that will make the team more efficient (e.g. workflows, automation, etc)
* Conduct research and make recommendations on market products and capabilities related to digital capabilities for marketing, sales, and clients
* Assist in developing proposals that advance the overall digital strategy

Qualifications:

* Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating with a graduation date of May 2023.
* Preferred majors include BAIT (Business Analysis Investment Technology) or a Business Degree combined with IT focus.
* Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
* Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration.
* Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to understand analyze basic accounting principles and financial statements
