Description: 

We are looking for an Distribution Site Operations Manager (ASC Manager) to lead customer operation activities at the Pasco, WA facility. This position is responsible for overseeing all geography customer operations activities, such as managing order fulfillment, supply allocations, structured delivery expectations, working closely with sales, customer service, supply and other internal partners to ensure the customer experience exceeds expectations. This role requires strong leadership, personnel management and strategic planning.

Some weekends may be required occasionally based on business needs.

Requirements: 

Education: High School Diploma/GED Required.
Supervisory Experience: 3+ years of experience managing people
Leadership: 3+ years of experience with operations and/or warehouse management.  Ability to demonstrate successful past leadership in operations, warehouse management, and/or managing personnel
Technology: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and other hardware/software
Licensure:  Restricted Use Pesticide Sales Person license if required (or ability to attain by a specific date as agreed with company). 

Preferred:

Education:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
Supervisory Experience: 5+ years or more experience managing people
Operations:  3+ years of inventory management
Regulations/Compliance: practical experience working with DOT regulations, EH&S programs, and other compliance/safety procedures.

Location: Pasco, WA

Compensation is dependent upon experience/tenure and generally ranges between $84,240 - 126,000 annually.
