You must have experience to plan, design, document, and engineer Genesys solutions for projects. Also, you will identify and evaluate new technology for updating equipment, adding capabilities and enhancing existing systems. You will recommend optimal enterprise communications systems solutions to meet business needs. You will perform on-call support and work with Genesys tickets.
To perform this role you need 8+years of experience in designing or administrating and routing call center environments with demonstrated in-depth Genesys mastery. You will have 5+ years of experience in Genesys SIP trunking with carriers and between voice applications. You will have 3+ years of experience in Genesys reporting experience, Informart, GCXI or Interactive Insights and Pulse. You will have Genesys Engage Cloud Subject Matter Expert experience. You’ll have extensive knowledge of call center environments and routing with specific knowledge and experience with Genesys call center applications and routing. You will need a strong background in Call Center Engineering and Architecture. You will have experience with global voice/ call center platform design and administration. Oracle SBC design and configuration is a plus.
