Job Description

Position Purpose: 

 The Early Careers Recruiter will provide leadership and execution to the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team to successfully recruit, interview, and onboard intern and entry-level new hires and ensure employment transactions are successfully processed. This individual will bring professionalism, business acumen, and problem-solving skills to execute a world-class early careers recruitment experience. This role will focus on the recruitment of our US front-office Institutional functions.               

Primary Responsibilities: 

Identify and successfully recruit, interview, and onboard intern and entry-level new hires and ensure employment transactions are successfully processed
Support implementation of StoneX’s early career and university relations program in conjecture with support from senior management
Develop strong relationships with faculty and students, while collaborating with our StoneX staff and partners to facilitate the networking and branding of StoneX at target schools
Manage all on campus activities, event planning and execution that facilitate the candidate selection and interviewing process, and deploy identified talent to various offices
Lead the offer presentation and on-boarding process
Actively lead in internship program planning and execution
Ensure candidates have an excellent experience from application through to offer
Measure recruiting success and provide key metrics to management (diversity, target hires, conversions, and summer and full-time acceptance rates)
Build relationships with the business leaders, team members, candidates and professional networks
Contribute to the ongoing development of HR processes and systems
Ensure DE&I is continuously embedded throughout the recruitment process, attracting a diverse and inclusive workforce
Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
Works on various research projects and/or special projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

3+ years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or Campus Recruiting experience required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office package (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint), applicant tracking databases (iCIMS preferred)
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of urgency.
Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resources policies & practices, a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Climate controlled office environment
50% travel expected during peak campus recruiting season
Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
