Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Learning and Development Associate will be responsible for supporting development programs that span across the employee lifecycle in support of our strategic goals and objectives.
Manage the end-to-end divisional training program logistics such as marketing and communication, scheduling, booking of training / Zoom rooms, and attendance tracking and follow up
Manage divisional training curriculums including our Investment Banking and Global Markets curriculums for Analysts, Associates, VPs and SVPs
Manage our new hire assimilation initiatives
Support our firm-wide mentoring program
Research and stay informed of the business landscape and latest trends to pivot our learning objectives where required
Connect with global counterparts to align programs globally
Maintain and update learning management system
Requirements, Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business or other related discipline
Minimum three-years’ experience in Human Resources, and/or related Learning and Development role
Exceptional project management skills; Requires high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written, oral and positive influential interpersonal skills required
Ability to engage effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
Appetite for continuous improvement, and preparedness to think about new approaches and solutions to learning - ability to think creatively
