GDIT is looking for an intern who has an interest in IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow and improving GDIT's end-user experiences. The primary function of this role will focus around our new-hire/onboarding process.
In this role, you will work closely with IT Service Management team, process owners and other stakeholders to review the layout and overall end user experience of an employee who is just joining the company in an effort to identify areas of improvement. Additionally, researching methods to refine the existing survey process using ServiceNow data and tooling. You will also work with ServiceNow data and stakeholders to determine additional insights based on various data sets. Other work will include the onboarding and offboarding processes and how IT may be able to improve services to our new hires.

The likely salary range for this position is $36,608 - $54,912, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
