As a CFIN IT Stream Lead Data Strategy and Governance, you will join the PPG IT SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) with a dotted line to PPG’s Front-Line IT Finance organization.
You will be responsible for working closely with the Data Strategy and Governance Finance Lead. This core activity stream will craft the Common Information Model (CIM) and the enterprise accounting code block for SAP Central Finance (CFIN) while establishing master data governance processes and solutions for the Finance domain! Do you possess expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), a demonstrable understanding of SAP S/4 data elements with good interpersonal and communication skills?
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create the CIM and enterprise accounting code block, and establish Finance master data solution for CFIN
Drive CFIN solution compliance with relevant PPG standards and governance procedures while communicating effectively with all management levels.
Raise project IT-related risks, issues, decisions, change requests; and support project risk mitigation, issue resolution, decision making, and organizational change resolution
Support overall project management plan, governance structure and status reporting activities, and communication plan in alignment with the project manager(s) and organizational change management workstream
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Chemistry.
12+ years of IT or equivalent experience and demonstrate a successful track record in IT, Finance, or other project(s).
Broad expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling and/or SAP Central Finance.
Previous project leadership experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25% including some international travel with flexibility in primarily working remotely using virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers.
