Job Tasks
Service and maintain production machines in twisting and/or heatset
Respond to calls from production and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical applications
Will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance on equipment
Will be responsible for meeting deadlines when repairing equipment
Compile requisitions for parts necessary to complete assigned tasks
Complete work order for all jobs performed
Follow all safety protocol/procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Skills to use testing equipment
Ability to meet deadlines, establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with little to no supervision
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints and oral instructions
Work at heights of 25 feet or greater
Dedicated to working safely
Lift 50 pounds
Work extended hours and overtime including the availability to be on call outside of normal working hours
Work holidays as required
Preferred
Preferred 1-year maintenance experience with twisters and or heatset/superba or equivalent combination of experience and education
Basic computer skills to enter time in SAP work order system
Welding and the ability to operate a cutting torch preferred
