Job Description

Overview

Develop and retain residential real estate broker, investor and lender client business and relationships. 

Sales executives have an ongoing responsibility for maintaining the customer relationship and servicing the client’s needs throughout the entire real estate transaction and beyond.   

Duties

1. Prospecting: Prospect (By phone), follow-up with, and present your services, concepts and programs to realtors, lenders, investors, attorney’s and escrow officers. Resulting in effective conversion rates from leads into appointments, appointments into commitments, and commitments into open and closed title / escrow orders. Your ultimate objective is to create repeat business and expand your book by 20% or more annually. 

2. New Client Incubation and Nurturing: Manage, service and maintain your client database. 

3.  Strategic Partnerships: Develop your network of industry professionals and referral partners (Lenders, Escrow Officers, Investors, Attorney’s, Builders, Principles). 

4. Knowledge: Develop expert knowledge regarding title insurance, title polices, title coverage, title research, title issues and become fluent in title vernacular. 

5. Work Ethic: Success as a sales executive requires time on the job. This is not a 9-5 position. Your role as a commission only sales executive will require you to attend evening networking functions and on occasion weekend open houses to prospect for clients. 

Requirements

Minimum high school education.

Experience

1. Likeability: Ability to build rapport, relate and be likeable to prospects and customers. 

2. Work Velocity: We are a high velocity sales organization. Your ability to work intentionally for sustained periods of time will be a key factor in your success in the market and within our firm. 

3. Willingness To Learn: Win or learn. Willingness to learn and be coached is a key to succeeding in this industry. 

Additional Information

Minimum 1-3 years outside sales experience or similar.

This position will require the sales execuive to be billingual (English & Spanish).
