Job Overview
The LMS Administrator will support the deployment of Booking Holdings Online training for Booking Holdings and its brands using the LMS. This role includes the administration of any Booking Holdings global training programs, troubleshooting and resolution of learner LMS issues, and ensuring system data integrity. The role would include assisting with course development and related projects as part of the Global Compliance Training and Communications team. In addition, approximately 50% of this role’ time will involve assisting Booking.com with LMS support, for up to one year.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provides general support for all LMS users and superusers for technical issues affecting learners, the platform, or courses.
Ability to perform LMS functions to deploy courses, instructor led training (ILT), build surveys, assessments, and materials.
Create any LMS metrics/reporting and provide analysis on as needed basis.
Supports ongoing maintenance of the LMS by performing regular audits of the system and creating or maintaining any LMS performance support documentation (e.g. tip-sheets and user guides).
Coordinate and participate in course testing.
Assists with coordination of specific special projects, implementations or events.
Demonstrates a commitment to continued self-growth and advancement of technical skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Comfortable with technology, systems, and proficiency with software tools (Word, Excel , PPT), Google Suite, web conferencing software (Zoom, Bluejeans, Webex)
General understanding of instructional design methods for both elearning, instructor led training and creating instructional materials.
Highly effective interpersonal communication skills are required to interact with individuals at all brands and all levels of the organization.
Commitment to service excellence.
Effective organization and time management skills, the ability to multitask and work collaboratively with others and independently when necessary.
Should have at least 1 – 3 years of experience with an LMS system preferably Cornerstone, Docebo
Reporting and data extraction through LMS and Excel
Experience working in a project driven environment
Experience in a Compliance department desirable
