Responsible for administrative receiving function and safety functions. Provides guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices. Administer and coordinates general office services and related activities.
Essential Job Duties:
1\. In coordination with Human Resources, may provide assistance with:
*Respond to general HR related inquiries from employees
2\. Manage and coordinate office activates:
*Manage general Data entry for POs
*Manage incoming shipment set up
3\. Gather, organize and summarize data and information for reports to management, specially in regards to core intake.
4\. In coordination with Core Buyer supervisor, may provide assistance with:
*Issuing new checks
*Logging core intake
5\. Assumes other duties as assigned
Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential
Physical Demands):
Education & Experience: High School graduate of G.E.D equivalent required. One year related work experience preferred. Must possess good data entry skills with accurate and precise typing and information input.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Should possess excellent communication skills and have an ability to maintain a good working relationship with others.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details. Must be able to be patient with others, have the ability to listen, and be able to work under pressure comfortably.

• S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
